Delivery Area
We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii) . At this time, we do not offer international shipping, APO/FPO, or U.S. territory addresses. If you attempt to place an order with a non-U.S. address, our system will automatically block it.

Shipping Rates
We are proud to offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date your order is placed (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Transit Time (Standard Delivery)
After processing, your package will arrive within 3–5 business days to most continental U.S. addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote rural areas may take an additional 1–2 business days. These are estimated delivery windows, not guarantees; actual delivery may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Carriers
We work with a rotating roster of trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce. The carrier for your order is selected automatically based on your location, package weight, and current service performance. We do not allow customer-selected carrier preferences at checkout.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.

Address Accuracy
You are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice a typo, contact us immediately at info@buubbashop.it.com. We can correct the address only if the order has not yet been processed or handed to the carrier. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages, and any reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been processed and shipped. To cancel, email us with your order number. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow our return procedure after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Upon Arrival
If your package arrives with visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Please keep all original packaging and take clear photos of the outer box, inner packing, and the affected items. We will review your claim and, if verified, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if we request the item back.

Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control. However, if your order exceeds the estimated 5‑business‑day transit window by more than 2 business days, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
