Q: Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO addresses.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for every order, regardless of size or total value. No minimum purchase is required.
Q: How soon will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after you place them. Weekends and federal holidays are not counted as business days.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days to most locations within the continental U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take 5–7 business days.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel at no charge before your order has been processed and shipped. Contact us immediately at info@buubbashop.it.com. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Q: What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return unused, original‑packaged items. We provide a free prepaid return label and do not charge any restocking fees.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
We pay for return shipping on all eligible returns (including change‑of‑mind returns), as long as items are unused and in original condition.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the product. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we will also cover return shipping if we need the item back.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive your return, we inspect and approve it within 1–2 business days. The refund then appears on your credit card or PayPal account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Q: Do you refund the original shipping cost?
Since all orders ship free, there is no shipping fee to refund. Your refund equals the full item price plus any tax you paid.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept Amex, Discover, checks, or money orders.
Q: Are taxes included in the price?
No. Prices displayed do not include sales tax. Applicable tax is calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and will appear as a separate line item.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We can update your address only if the order has not yet been processed. Once it’s in the hands of the carrier, we cannot reroute it. Please double‑check your address at checkout.
Q: What if my package is marked “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
First, check with neighbors or building management. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If they confirm delivery but you still cannot locate it, reach out to us and we will help you file a missing package claim.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Not at this time. All items are shipped in standard packing materials suitable for fishing gear.
