Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following forms of payment:

  • MasterCard
  • PayPal

We do not accept American Express, Discover, wire transfers, money orders, cash, or checks at this time.

Authorization and Charging
When you place an order, we will place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the total amount. Your card will be charged only after we have verified your billing information and confirmed inventory availability – typically within a few minutes of order placement. For PayPal, funds are debited immediately upon order confirmation.

Price Display and Taxes
All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax or shipping fees (shipping is free, but tax is separate). Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated based on your shipping address and added to your total during checkout. The final charge on your statement will reflect the product subtotal plus any taxes shown at checkout.

Shipping Cost
As stated in our Shipping Policy, shipping is free for all domestic orders, so no shipping fee will appear on your payment total.

Fraud Prevention and Security
We take payment security seriously. All transactions are encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and processed through PCI‑compliant gateways. We may use third‑party fraud screening tools to verify your identity and billing information. If your order is flagged for review, we may ask you to provide additional verification (e.g., a photo ID or proof of billing address) before processing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that we deem potentially fraudulent or high‑risk.

Billing Address
Your billing address must exactly match the address on file with your credit card issuer. Mismatches may cause payment authorization failures or delays.

Currency Conversion
If you use a non‑U.S. issued card, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee. This fee is not charged by Buubbashop and is your sole responsibility.
