Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same new condition as received
  • In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Free from any odor, stains, or signs of wear (including fish scent or bait residue)

We reserve the right to deny a return if the product shows evidence of use, damage, or alteration beyond simple inspection.

Non‑returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., live bait, frozen bait, or consumable attractants)
  • Custom‑built rods or personalized tackle (made to your specifications)
  • Final sale or clearance items marked as “non‑returnable” on the product page
  • Gift cards or digital downloads

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@buubbashop.it.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. addresses) within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier’s location.
  4. Keep your drop‑off receipt until we confirm receipt of your return.

Return Shipping Costs
We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns – there is no restocking fee and no deduction from your refund for return postage. This applies even if you simply changed your mind, as long as the item is unused and in original packaging.

Refund for Original Shipping Charges
Since we offer free shipping on all orders, no original shipping fees were charged. Therefore, your refund will equal the full purchase price of the returned item(s), including any taxes paid.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Handling
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the procedure in our Shipping Policy (notify us within 7 calendar days). We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will also refund any return shipping costs if we ask you to send the item back.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return package is delivered to our warehouse, we will inspect the item within 1–2 business days. After approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, as processing times vary by your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our approval, first check with your bank/credit card company. If they confirm no pending deposit, contact us at info@buubbashop.it.com, and we will provide the transaction reference for your records.
